Premium H&R Twin-Tube adjustable coilover kit specifically engineered for the new Ford Transit Custom MK2 (2024 onwards) and VW Transporter T7 (2025 onwards).

Available in two configurations: a "Standard" version for unladen panel vans and a "High-Capacity" version perfectly suited for camper conversions and heavy work vans.

Offers a precision-engineered lowering range of 20mm–50mm at the front and 45mm–65mm at the rear for a vastly improved stance and centre of gravity.

Features H&R’s world-renowned precision-wound coil springs, made from high-strength spring steel for maximum durability and consistent performance.

Equipped with high-quality gas pressure shock absorbers in a twin-tube design, providing dynamic, sporty handling without sacrificing daily ride comfort.

Includes rugged trapezoidal threads for easy height adjustment and aluminium rear axle height adjusters to fine-tune your van's level.

How to choose your Rear Load Rating:

• SELECT: Standard Load (VA2036)

  For Panel Vans that are not converted or carrying a constant heavy load in the rear. This maintains the best ride quality and the full lowering range for unladen vehicles.
  Lowering: Front 20mm-50mm & Rear 45mm-65mm

• SELECT: Heavy Capacity (VA2041)

  For Camper Conversions,People Carriers or Panel Vans with a constant 200kg+ load (e.g., heavy racking or workshop builds). This stiffer rear spring prevents sagging under weight.
  Lowering: Front 20mm-50mm & Rear 45mm-65mm* (Note: On unladen vans, the rear drop may be reduced to approx. 35mm-55mm)

Please note - Lowering on the rear is highly sensitive to weight. On lighter, unladen vans, rear lowering may be closer to 35mm–55mm. Choose the "High-Capacity" option only if your van has a constant 200kg+ rear load.

How does it fit?
This is a direct replacement for your factory struts and springs. It uses the original mounting points. We recommend professional installation followed by a full 4-wheel laser alignment to ensure optimum tyre wear and handling.

Which kit should I choose?
Select "Standard" for unladen panel vans. Select "High-Capacity" if your van is a camper conversion or carries permanent heavy loads, to ensure the rear doesn't sag.

Can I adjust the height myself?
Yes, the kit includes adjustment wrenches (C-spanners) that allow you to move the spring seats up or down the trapezoidal thread to achieve your desired ride height within the specified range.
